1990-1992 in top-of-the-line Silverado trim by that interior door panel. Made for CDN by those federally mandated DRLs. Another interesting thing to note, it has a black tailgate banner. The black banner was only seen on the Stepside models, maybe they swapped out a tailgate?  |
