Love the period slotted wheels on this one. I never noticed it during the film, but the fiberglass body seems deformed in places...possibly a stunt double that was rebuilt from a fire-damaged example? The car is eventually rammed into a roadblock, so it's possible (probable, really) that multiple examples were used. |

From memory, this one gets shunted into the armco several times. It's possible that they had to do repairs to keep it intact for filming. Even early in the movie the front end is squashed up in some scenes. Love the wheels too! |
