The immediate reaction on seeing a twenties sporting automobile with a Weymann body of that shape is “Bentley”. I don’t think that this is, particularly the shape of the radiator grille surround does not match a 3-litre, or a 4.5. A search through the books, and a bit of low cunning, eliminating Alvis for the same reasons as Bentley, leads me to suggest a Lagonda 14/60 or 16/65, made from 1926 to 1930.
