Alvis stopped making cars in 1967 (they were taken over by Rover if I remember correctly). Bristol are still around today. Their latest car, the Fighter, has a Dodge Viper engine. .gif ";)") -- Last edit: 2005-10-18 21:23:15 |

It is definitnely a Bristol. Alvis stopped making cars in the 1960's, but the company continued in existence (passing through various ownerships) as a builder of military and armoured vehicles. Current owner BAE Systems dropped the name earlier this year. |
