Seems to be the first one on IMCDb: A 1984 "Dem-Hearse" by renowned Ambulance-maker Demers Co. of Montreal/ Canada (www.demers-ambulances.com). Regarding that old bizarre political correctness issue: These coaches were officially named "Dem-Hearse". I´m not 100% sure about the model year though.
