This is most likely Fast Starter or Scoller bodied by Carrier (or Ponticelli?) - "most likely" as origins and branding of these buses (despite they are quite common!) are a little complicated. Here they are described in Polish: http://forum.transportnews.eu/viewtopic.php?t=7005 (2nd post) - anyone (e.g. from France or Belgium - it is Franco-Belgian cooperation with possible some 3rd country help) can add anything to this?

As far as I know, there's nothing belgian in these buses. The name FAST means Financière Atlantique de Services et de Transports, a company based in the west of France. They branched out into bus manufacturing, using chassis of various origins bodied by Carrier, under the full name of FAST Concept Car (not the most appropriate name for a bus IMHO).

I see on their website they've now rebranded themselves as FCC, and are mainly distributors of Isuzu's turkish buses.

Yes, the Belgian involvement can be some misunderstanding: https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fast_Concept_Car
