The stainless rocker molding behind the front wheel and large sombrero hubcaps visible on the right thumbnail look Cadillac 62 1948 .May be an Hess & Eisenhardt funeral coach on Cadillac chassis but not enough details. |

1948 Cadillac professional cars were still looking like the 1947 models. This one has a newer body and thus was made in 1949. It´s a combination or a straight ambulance, based on the Series 75 commercial chassis (not Series 62!). To finally reveal it´s secret, please make it a "1949 Cadillac Ambulance S&S Londonberry". |

Actually based the series 86 commercial chassis (not series 75!), and S&S named this model the "Londonderry" Ambulance (not Londonberry!)... Though that does sound yummy! |

Series 75 Cadillacs actually continued the older body through the 1949 model year, too. |
