| Could be 3500 Heavy Duty due to beefier chassis that raise the cab, not the bumper. Model name not certain. Model year could be mid-1990's also not certain. |

| definatly a 3500 HD 2wd-filler under grille,dual wheel style 19.5"front wheel at least,single beam front axle. and it is a flatbed truck so if its made from something smaller it wouldnt be hauling (saftly) anything much heavier than a festiva. year could definatly be thrown up in the air, if i remember correctly the HD was avalable with this grille for most of the production run if this body style. |

| I think that grille was used from 88-93 and the 3500HD was first introduced in 90. |
