Which year-model? When did we have "Range Rover" markings on the side? Wheels are those of first editions by the way. |

It's at least a 1985 by what's visible, I wouldn't say too much later. Is there a view showing the front part of the car (the grille, bumper, lights and even the door hinges can be useful in giving a final possible year). These running strips seem more usual on export cars so I'm not sure on a precise date for them. |

1991+ (hidden hinges)? |

We wouldn't see the hinges with this view. |

Rubbing strips listed as first seen on Oct 85+ on Vogue when it got EFi. Has tints and posh seats so Vogue likely?? New wheels were Oct 89+ when 3.9 arrived. |

The rubbing strips on the Vogue weren't these ones. They didn't have Range Rover written on them and they had a chrome strip in the middle. Would also expect a Vogue to have alloys. As far as I'm aware these steel wheels continued past 1989 for at least other markets (considering that outside of police vehicles lower spec cars were more usual outside the UK). |
