For me it's a 1956 Pontiac Star Chief Convertible Coupe Series 28 Model 2867DTX (the chrome is larger on the '56 than on the '55 on the upper part of the back wing) |

1955 Pontiac Star Chief. On a 55 it has individual letters that spell PONTIAC and on the 56 it is scripted, on a 56 the quarter panels bulge on the sides where the tail lights are. on a 55 the two-tone would split at the back below the tail lights and on a 56 it would be on the front end of the car, and lastly the 56 tail light bezels are have built in visors. Since this is 1959 and shot in the US I'm going to assume its not Canadian so I will rule out Laurentian and maintain its a Star Chief. |
