I think DynaMike is right, the designation Turnier was probably not common outside Germany. In Sweden these are called Taunus Kombi. We did have the designation Turnier on the old Taunus 17M [P3], possibly even the [P5] but I think it was already called Kombi by then. I was surprised when I noticed Turnier on some modern Escorts here, but it seems o have survived at least on the home market. |
