Citybus, I think.

Still no help to me, far too modern.

For the windscreen and the rear upper deck emergency exit,
this can be a Roe body like the picture below.

The front view for having for a looking at the windscreen...

For the shorter window at the end on the upper deck suggest
this is a 30 feet (9.1M) bus. Chassis can be a Leyland
Atlantean AN68 or Leyland / Daimler Fleetline. Not easy to
guess the chassis model but the body builder may be more
easier to guess...

Or name it as unknown Roe?!

Good detective work!

The only suggestion I can make is that the Oldham location is in Greater Manchester, so a sold-off orange Greater Manchester fleet bus to a small local Oldham firm is a reasonable possibility. GM had at least one Leyland Atlantean AN68D/1R (with Northern Counties body). And various Fleetlines. And no doubt lots of other things as well - we have several orange GM buses scattered in our collection, but I don't know makes and models.

Citibus ran a number of Atlanteans from various sources, also a pair of rarer Northern Counties bodied Bristol VRTLLs ex Reading, which had very squared off bodies. My money would be on an Atlantean.

It is almost certainly a Citibus ex South Yorkshire Roe bodied Atlantean, The opening vent on the rear emergency exit, the blank final bay (before the half bay) and the seats are all SYPTE spec
