This is Indonesia, for the 1994 model year (launched in late 1993, but sales commenced in early 1994). Locally assembled there too, Made for RI. Given this series' entry's first year listed, earlier episodes of this series, I believe, were filmed in 1994, would've been brand new at the time. However... 1992-1994 Vitara or that aforementioned brand new 1994 Escudo. Ride heights to those two models are the same, apart from their different drivetrains. Honesty, I rather suggest a 1992 Vitara by default over an Escudo, or leave it to '1992 Suzuki unknown' to prevent heated debates, whatever if the plate info and frame number data says. Also, why [TA01W]? It's [TD] since it's a 5-door, as proven to our other entries in the site. Our Indonesian models were mostly sold as 5-door SUVs. [TA] is for the 3-door. 3-door models did exist here but heard they were extremely rare than the 5-door and believed to be parallel imports. |
