Ford F-150 ? |
◊ 2007-07-08 17:34 |
I agree looks like a late 70's F-150 |

Hmm with its square headlights, criss cross grill, position of the turn signals, and mirrors, Im tempted to conisder it a 1981-1985 Dodge Ram: Link to "memimage.cardomain.net" |

It's a "fantasy" vehicle in my opinion. It could be any number of trucks. Personally, I think that the grill and headlights look like those of the first generation Ford Ranger, but the truck overall is too big. |

good point fordguy I agree to the grille and headlights but I think the miriors and the box resemble those of an early 70's-late 80's chev silverado or GMC sierra. -- Last edit: 2008-02-11 02:33:05 |

As I said before, it's nothing. I saw the movie and the truck doesn't resemble any real-life. Also, as I stated before, it looks like the 80's ford ranger. But if you're going to say F-150, I guess that 1980-1981 would be a better approximation since the blue Ford oval isn't on the grill. |

From the sides and for the tailights looks like a 80s Chevy pickup truck |

nah, its a GMC Sierra or Chevy truck, look at the tail lights and |

That’s a POS CHEVROLET if I ever saw one. |
◊ 2009-10-09 23:23 |
i'd say it's a '73-'87 Chevy. |
◊ 2009-10-21 00:25 |
id say 87 f150 with chevy/gmc tailights |
◊ 2009-11-03 03:35 |
Agreed. |

@ford_guy, I agree, the grille reminds me of Ranger, but alot of it is F150. It's typical that the crators do this, but It's more of a made up vehicle consisting of many different trucks. And looking at the tailights, I see 1980's C-Series It it. looking at the front I see Ranger. So its really just a Generic 80's Truck. -- Last edit: 2011-07-24 08:18:19 |

It's a strange truck, looks like a chevy with an '87-'91 ford front clip. |

Come to think again this is more likely a 1975-76 Chevrolet C/K-Series more than F-150, the details match better. @eLMer what you think? -- Last edit: 2016-09-02 20:48:13 |

The box looks indeed a lot more like the one of a GM model: But the front face is inspired more by the one of a 1987-91 F-Series than by the one of a 1977-78 C/K-Series: But the wheel arches are square shaped, like the ones of a GM models. But the cowl overall shape looks more like the one of a Ford. But... But... But... → Ford F-10 or Chevrolet C-150? This pickup was given a Ford, a Chevrolet and even a Dodge identification. Maybe because it's none of them, because it was freely drawn by the cartoonist? ⇒ Made for movie? |

what about Fordolet ? Truck Boy's comment seems to be the closest... or we name it " Random American Pick-up " .... -- Last edit: 2016-09-03 20:27:18 |

That's why I don't really like identifying vehicles in cartoons. Too many chimeras |
◊ 2016-09-03 22:32 |
and often they do vehicles deliberatly inacurate so they can't be sued for intelectual property infrigement |
◊ 2016-09-03 22:54 |
So, this is likely a half Ford half Chevy. If we can't decided what to list, better put it in the comment. We don't list Made for movie for cartoon vehicles (unless they are special case) but this is not. -- Last edit: 2016-09-03 22:57:03 |

not for cartoons, except very "big" ones like Flash McQueen from Cars So either pick the closest or put in comments... |
◊ 2016-11-28 18:03 |
OK it is probably some sort of American made pickup made between 1975-1990. |

The only explanation here is that the original owner got into an accident with his Chevy C/K series and totalled his front end, then replaced it with the front of a ford f series |
