This is a Buick Super, not a 1949 , but if I can correctly identify the black steering wheel a 1948 model ( model designation also 51).It has three " fake" non-standard portholes low on the front fenders behind the front wheels.These front fenders are sloping ( straight on the '49) without parking lights on them .Rear lights are also typical of the 1946-1947 models |

If the steering wheel is black , it is a 1948 .If the steering wheel is ivory yellow , a 1947.I can see a black steering wheel. |
