I have been advise that this car still survives. It is a 1910 10 hp model chassis number 5668. It also appeared in another movie called "Ah, Wilderness" that is not on imcdb.

And it seems it has appeared in several other movies as well. /vehicles_make-Stanley_model-Model+70.html

From IMDb: "Story of small-town life in turn-of-the-century America, and a young boy's problems facing adolescence." Sounds like a good candidate for the source of this footage.

This shot is taken from the 1935 movie "Ah, Wilderness." It's interesting to note that this story was remade as the 1948 movie "Summer Holiday," and that movie used this same car (with different paint). As well as the same Mickey Rooney, although playing a different part.
