@tonkaTRACKER: Is it my imagination that there is a badge between the front door and the wheel well. This one is close to the mid-line crease.. Check out the wheel design. Could this be Wolfsburg Limited Edition? |

@rjluna2 No this is not a Wolfsburg, I did see the badge on the fender but I am not sure what it is, the Wolfsburg badge is a round black badge this one looks like a rectangle. Also the only Wolfsburg Rabbit Convertible of this vintage that came in black is the 1984 Montego Black Metallic and it only came in a triple black with black Tarantula wheels. |

@an_unusual_guy the badge on this car seems to be larger than the normal Karmann badge, and it is also in the wrong place. The Karmann badge should actually be much lower on the fender (below the lower body line) |

![]() "eye"... but i'm that too. agreed on both points. that one probably should be on that fender, but lower, and doesn't seem to be there. it almost looks like someone took the "KARMANN" badges off, and added the "Rabbit FUEL INJECTION" badge with the bunny that belongs on the trunk lid to the fender instead... |
