License plate indicates 1966, which matches with the parallel whipers (since 1965). The foglights and hubcaps (from a Pallas) and the chrome strip on the sides were extras.

Looks like a very strange rear... but that's just because the open rear door is hiding the rear wheel arch of this ID 19 or ID 21 Ambulance. License plate indicates 1966, which matches with the parallel whipers (since 1965). The foglights and hubcaps (from a Pallas) and the chrome strip on the sides were extras.
