I don't think it's going to be possible to identify whether this is a Dodge or Plymouth, because the shot is so blurred. (Plodge Omnirizon :D)

These were made in France for the USA? I thought it was the opposite(actually, I thought it was Japanese like the Plymouth Cricket/Dodge Colt).

They were built in the U.S.(Plymouth & Dodge versions)and the Simca/Talbot/Sunbeam(?)was built in France.(And maybe England, too?)IIRC,the Simca/Talbot/Sunbeam(?)were different mechanically, and I seem to recall some differences with the bodies as well. They were very similar cars, but not quite exactly alike to the American model?

Plymouth Cricket was actually an English made car,the "Hillman Avenger"

This site offers a nice overview of the development and variants of the Chrysler/Simca/Talbot Horizon:
Apparently, European versions were built in England, France and Finland.

Not made in France, but it is a model designed by Chrysler France originally.

The Dodge Omni and the Plymouth Horizon both used the Chrysler pentistar. It's hard to tell!

This is not the Pentastar in this grill, it's the 1978-80 Horizon grill.
