According to the listings at TempoTopaz.com, those rims were standard on 1986-1991 Tempo L (basic models), and being a second generation it is a 1988 to 1991 Tempo L. Or a rare possibility is that it is a 1988 Tempo L, made/sold in the U.S. Apparently those rims were standard on GL for one year in America.
