1970-1972. It has a X-style side stripe, though the car clearly is not an X (the stripe lacks the X-lettering, anyway). |

This is a nicely-optioned 1972 Gremlin Custom with rallye stripe, dual mirrors, luggage rack and air deflector. It appears to be a regular US-market version as it is LHD. The 1970 and 1971 Gremlins had a Gremlin caricature between the front side marker and wheel well. |
