Looks like a 1947 Packard Clipper Sedan to me. Looks like potentially has a split window. Plus the emblems in 1950 were more of an eagle spreading wings. 1947 had an emblem with a circular ball pointed out.

This is definitely a 23rd series (late 1949-1950) Packard Standard Eight.
The body shape of the previous 1941/'42 and 1946/'47 Clipper was different. Notice the straight through fender line. The prior body's front fender line faded into the front doors.
Both the '41 design and the '48 design had divided windshields.
Also, that hood ornament is correct for the '48-'50 model years. Packard had several hood ornaments for the various series, but the fancier ones were often available optionally on lesser series. The subject car for instance is a base model, but carries the middle-grade style hood ornament.
