Try again, this has the wide taillights Badges make this one a 1978 Nova Custom -- Last edit: 2017-10-21 03:08:40 |

Indeed, the Concours nomenclature was dropped after the 1977 model year run. |

This is not a 78 Custom, it is a 77 Concours. It is also in shown at around the 15 minute mark in the back groud in episode 1 as they are walking out of the building |

If it were a Concours, it would have a two-level script badge on the tail like this: ![]() The Custom replaced the Concours trim for 1978, but looked almost identical, and it's badge was a simple one-line block letter "CHEVROLET", which this one has. 1976 Concours did not have the longer taillights. |

![]() The car is mine. True it has taken me awhile to find a replacement emblem. They stop making them for awhile and just replaced it not to long ago. This is a picture of the car seeing day light after 15 years. |

Congrats! I would imagine finding a replacement would be difficult. Adding you as the owner. |

![]() OER had a great replacement. The hardest thing I've run in to is finding good replacement side moldings for it. |
