I do not know..but hubcaps and wheels are easy exchangeable...perhpas someone put Scorpio wheels on they're Sierra.. ;)

Scorpios/Granadas did have a similar hubcap: http://www.guaranteed-car-finance.co.uk/uploads/GRANADA%20PX.jpg although I suspect they may have had bigger rims than the Sierra.
