| I think this is really an AC Bristol(?)(The car it was based on)instead of a Cobra.....Ol' Shelby I think started building his monster in 1962-63? (Bought rolling bodies from AC,dropped V-8 Ford powertrain in them.....and the legend was born!) |

| I would say it's a 1954 ( model year )+ Ace. I agree it could be a 1956+ Ace Bristol, but I don't think it's possible to be sure. |
