New page created for the dumpy van Can't find an obvious match for the NCB in our collection. We've got some Smiths NCBs but they're smaller milk floats. Any other names?? |

Yes sorry using BR names from a book about BR road vehicles , Smith and NCB were the same company, possibly Smiths carried a NCB badge in 1940s. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smith_Electric_Vehicles Sadly Smiths went bust in 2016 another Brit 'truck' maker bites the dust. Anyway good news is the book provided me with the answer , for some reason listed under Parcel Vans and not Electric Vehicles is the mighty Morrison Electricar 1 ton from 1946. -- Last edit: 2017-07-10 09:13:32 |
