The body -- the yellow bit, at least -- looks as if it's been salvaged from an old US/Canadian-made school bus and cut down and shortened to fit on the truck chassis. Note the lights and blank sign window at the front.

Kind of Dodge-looking to me.

The school bus part is taken from a Thomas conventional school bus (1972-2006)

Cab seems that of a GAZ(53-A)or a ZIL(130-G)

The Cab without a doupt is an International, I have an international with the same cab, and its a box truck with the overcab area. I would say this is a non OEM combination.

Looks like Dodge B-Series heavy-duty truck with an unusual front end.

There's a Fargo ad on allpar.com which is helpful.

1950 VA and TA models.

Fargo is Canadian, so a truck in Cuba or Asia would more likely be a Dodge. The grille looks unusual for a Dodge, but it could be that it is missing a strip on the bottom.

A place to check out is dodgepilothouseclub.org.

R, RA 2 3/4-ton
T, TA 3-ton
V, VA 3 1/2-ton
Y, YA 4-ton

"A" indicates model has 2-speed rear axle.

So there's no doubt this truck is a Dodge.
