Chassis AE1191/RS5000 in this list. RS5000 presumably means it got the Ruddspeed treatment, and 5000 seems to be the first prototype. If so it might explain why it does not have the Cobra-like nose which was apparently fitted to the 26 Aces with the Ford Ruddspeed engine. More 700 BBP photos here.

I purchased 700 BBP in 1968 for 500 pounds, rebuilt the engine (crankshaft bearings in 1970) AND sold the car before setting sail for Australia in 1970.

Less than 30 models of this vehicle specification were ever produced leading to prices at auction of over 200.000 pounds.
When I owned 700 BBP, she was painted in British Racing Green, earlier John Bolster had put her through a hedge on a road test when she was painted white.
