From the little that is visible my guess would be Allard?

Low mounted head-lamps, the grill goes back into the bonnet more than is seen in the picture and square top-cornered windscreen (by increasing the brightness).

Allard K1 I think.

I am not convinced that it is an Allard. The main radiator grill is too small for an Allard (J-/K-/L-/M-/P-Type). Also the lights are too low. I guess the lights we see are fog-lights. You can just make out round circles above the fog-lights, slightly offset, which might be the main lights. The top end of the grille is slightly curved upwards, but downwards on the Allards. Also the side-grilles don't match.

So far I am not able to tell what it is. I have looked at some options but all turned out wrong.

There also seems to be some (fake?) air intake on top of the bonnet.

1950s Humber Hawk Saloon...the lights are period spotlamps bolted to the ornamental air intakes either side of the upright grille
