Ingo ◊ 2008-01-01 13:50	The technical base (engine, platform, axles) is from the VW Beetle. Interesting, that there were some real companies, which have produced the special racing-equipment. Usually these chassis were selfmade. Sometimes the axles and the wheels were taken from a Porsche. In Europe some of these cars were made on base of a NSU. Aircooled engines, sitting in the back were mostly popular.
