The fleet number is the clue. Belfast Citybus 2204 (SEZ2204), a 2008 Volvo B9TL with Wright body carrying a fake registration plate. 'Line of Duty' was shot in Northern Ireland. 'BF' was presumably chosen as a nod to Belfast. |

Line of Duty is set in a fictionalised/no name version of Birmingham, and the first series was filmed there. So there's "Central Police" instead of West Midlands Police and "Mercia Ambulance Service" instead of the West Midlands Ambulance Service.
