Definitely a Wolseley 16/60, but with a curious non-standard paint job. The darker colour in this vehicle comes right around to the front of the car. It's also missing the diagonal chrome strip between the front wheel and the bumper. Compare it to any other two-tone 16/60's (or 15/60's for that matter) and you'll see what I mean.
