| The Aronde here has the curved " Moustache" grille , large directional lights extending to the sides of the front fenders , high bumper guards and "S" logo on the hubcaps. This model was the first more profound " facelift" of the original Aronde.It was launched end of september 1953 , but is considered as a 1954 model year.Arondes of model year 1953 still had the first Aronde grille layout.This is really a nice picture of what was an all new car , enhanced by its white sidewall tires . |

| Yes it is a 1953 car (new design), but perhaps model 1954...The film, according to the DVD I have, is ment to have been displayed in 1953, though IMDb says 1954!.. |
