I believe, after googling, that all vehicles in Japan should be Right Hand Drive. Unless I am mistaken. If I am please educate me. :P The corner lights appear USDM, the trunk lid appears USDM (euro is larger to accommodate the larger plates), and the side marker can easily be added because I have done it here in the US, because we did not get side markers.
