As far as I know this is a 15, with Chapron body.

According to Link to "www.citroenet.org.uk" it was coach built by Marius Franay, but when Franay closed down Chapron built all the other Presidential Citroëns.
It was built on a Citroën "15 Six H Familiale" chassis and presented to President René Coty at the Élysée Palace on 10th of November 1955 and on the Paris Motor Show a few weeks earlier.

Seems this 1955 limo with roof was Charbonneaux not Chapron. But the convertible which followed in 1956 was Chapron.

Should the "Familiale" part of the chassis be mentioned as well?

When I grew up I had a teacher who had saved some of the cars he had had during the years, among them a Nash from the 20's and a Citroën B 11 Sport. When I heard the word "Sport" I became impressed, but he told me that that only meant a shorter chassis and that the "Familiale" chassis was the most common.
