As surprising as it may seem, it appears to be a french Talbot, on a Panoramic chassis. Certainly unusual, since the talbot was a luxury car, but it could be a transformation of a tourism car as a coach, from a local coachbuilder, quite well made though, obviously! The wheelbase seem quite short, which comes as a clue of a car base... |
