It was, but then someone deleted it, presumably since there was talk about having too many unidentified vehicles on the site, but I thought this had almost been identified SteveA was close to guessing what it was, I decided to post it again. But then if people think this isn't worth keeping since it is difficult to identify, maybe it should be taken off. It's an open-top London tourbus, notice the Houses of Parliament in the background.

Here is what was posted (as I have few backups of the database :D)

Yvon52 wrote I always wonder: are theses bus old "cut-of-roof" ones, or the make them so.

SteveA wrote Both! Many open toppers traditionally have been old closed top buses with the roof removed. However, some companies have had convertibles, where the roof can be taken off for the summer and refitted for the winter - mostly Bristol Lodekkas and more recently Bristol VRTs. With the crackdown on emissions companies are now buying modern open toppers designed without a top.
This one has had its roof removed for open top service - it has a centre exit (note the position of the staircase), but it's not that long; I would guess at a Daimler Fleetline till I can research it further.

So I would have listed it as Daimler Fleetline rather than deleting it...

I ride that route every day. There's always a few of these around, but in similar 'London Citysightseeing' livery: http://londonbuspics.fotopic.net/p29218926.html

The solid triangular fillet at the back, the angled pillar at the front, the worn '70s/'80s seats and chromework point to it too. It's a c1982 MCW Metrobus.

Here's a couple more in "London Sightseeing The official Tour" livery, parked just around the corner from where the shot was filmed: http://www.countrybus.org/Metro/M553b.jpg
