pilou ◊ 2007-03-14 11:52	Morris Oxford MO ,1949 under Belgian immatriculation.This picture was taken on the Jabbeke straight of the then still unfinished Brussels to Ostend Motorway during the record attempt day organised by the RACB, 30 may 1949.On that day , a Jaguar 120 driven by R.M.V. Sutton set a new record for standard production cars clocking 132,596 mp(214,490 kmh) on the flying mile.
pilou ◊ 2007-03-23 09:35	Having seen the Rover turbine pictures I must rectify this one Car is OK ( Morris MO 1949) but setting is Jabbeke but in the 1952 edition.
