Sent as T-800 but that doesn't seem to be right. Guessing it comes from a visible badge? C-800 looks more likely to me: /vehicles.php?make=Ford&model=C-800&modelMatch=1&modelInclModel=on as it's what's usually described as a C-Series here. |

@ Sandie: I was about to use the same 1960 brochure cover CT-800 indeed (T stands for "tandem rear axle", in Ford's nomenclature). As written on the back cover of each Ford truck brochure of that era, tilt cab tandems were available "on special order". 1958-62 door emblem. _____ I'll dig in the Ford C-Series pages to see if there is some tandem pals of this truck that have been identified as standard trucks. -- Last edit: 2016-06-26 09:36:10 |
