That is a 1969 Tempest/LeMans(more likely a LeMans). You can tell from the marker lights and the headrests.

Whew! Good thing this car was not wrecked in the movie even though the the front windsheild was cracked, which that can be easily fixed.

I think this is the same car from "Wishmaster" (1997) - /vehicle_3303-Pontiac-Custom-S-3567-1969.html - It has the same wheels, luggage rack, and chrome strip on the trunklid

My name's Greg and I'm the owner or that 69 Pontiac Custom S that was used in the Lost World ( Jurassic Park ). I acquired the car from my father in law back in 2000. He owned a fleet of old cars that he rented out to the studios on a regular basis. In 2010 after I retired I spent about 11 months restoring the car to near stock condition with the exception of the GTO hood that the movie studio bought after they crashed it through the warehouse wall in the movie. The studio also fitted the car with bucket seats for the movie and I'm not sure why and my father in law can't recall why.I spent over $15,000 on the project and countless hours. I removed the luggage rack and painted the car an original 1969 Pontiac color called Warwick Blue and is absolutely gorgeous. The original color was a light green. It has factory air and the 350 2 barrel original motor. I have many pic's of the project and some of the finished product. I entered the car in two car shows in my town of Boulder City Nevada and won top pick award so I was pretty pleased about that. I've decided to put the car up for sale because i hardly ever drive it mainly because I'm afraid to park it anywhere its never even gotten wet since I built it. It just stays in the garage with a cover on it. If interested I can send pic's. I'm asking $ 37,000.

weldingsmith, can you tell us if any or all of these are also your car?

Some of these have LeMans taillights, but you've already acknowledged the hood and bucket seats were not original.

As for the cars in the background, I can make out a 1980-85 Cadillac Seville, 1995-96 Toyota Camry, 1992-95 Pontiac Bonneville, 1996-97 Honda Accord and a late 80s either Nissan Sentra or Toyota Corolla.

it was nice from the T-Rex to walk around it instead of just crushing it :)

Sweet ride, would love to have it. Easily my favorite car in the franchise, though I wish it got more screentime (and still remain intact of course)
