Wow, there is something else on between the bonnet and the grille. The 1978 version part. Looks like original part with the grille and hubcaps replacement ![[:think]](https://imcdb.opencommunity.be/images/smileys/think.gif "[:think]") I can see the pinstrip continues to the 1978 part here  See the 3rd, 4th and 5th thumbnails provided by police car fan. |

I think this should be listed as a 3-star vehicle. It's used in several scenes and is a bit more than just a minor action vehicle. |
