Your right and wrong, in this scene there was a mixture of 1992 and 93-94 models, however no 95 models. It's listed as a 1992 because the majority in the movie were 1992 models. All are P72 Police Package's (81-92) or P71 Police Interceptor's (93+)

Your right but also wrong, the interceptor police package was a P71 Chassis code, I know this because I went to look at a 1995 P71 I saw on craigslist for sale recently and it was manufactured in December of 94 so it is a 95, not a 1997. Thus making this car a "1993 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Interceptor Police Package".
