ironic to think that when that car was pictured,it was a second hand piece of junk, worth nothing in the 1970s..you couldnt give them away!! same with E Type Jaguars .

There is nothing wrong with a Aston Martin DB6 Volante

Correct there is nothing wrong with an Aston Martin, but 2491tj is right in the mid to late 70s these were petrol guzzling old cars which you struggled to sell (remember we had a fuel crisis in the 70s)
Id love to have one today mind you LOL

PS - how others see us: (http://www.amoc.org/forum/index.php?action=printpage;topic=3558.0 again)
1] "Bloomin' 'eck. That Cars In The Movies Database site is seriously pointy-headed. I can see I will need a bigger anorak ...A great find"
2] [later] "Yeah its good in that it's there but often cars are incorrectly described".

I've just checked in the mirror - definitely no pointy bits and not a lot of hair to conceal anything. Is everyone else rounded?

Also about halfway down that page someone called SdP claimed to be "one of the creator/administrator" for imcdb in July 2009 - who was that masked man? Reveal yourself.

Shown by DVLA as currently UK taxed, so it's still out there being green.
