Alpine Series III, 1963-1964? |

If Alpine it's S4 or S5, but I think it's a Tiger for chrome side strip. |

Possibly an 'F' registration looking at other scenes (although less than certain)? |

Tiger had March 65 UK launch (after 64 export launch), with Mk1 stopped Jan 67, then brief Mk2 period with egg-crate grille as /vehicle_19488-Sunbeam-Tiger-1967.html to June 67. This is Mk1, so should have C or D plate, and maybe a handful of stragglers got E. Mk2 (very very rare in UK - only 27 sold) should be E only. |

The chrome side strip is visible... The 'Tiger' script and registration are not easy to see and cannot say that either 'C' or 'D' is more likely. edit: 'D' registration confirmed 1966 (??? 100D). -- Last edit: 2014-09-21 19:19:38 |
