Je ne suis pas du tout certain que l'appelation " Bertone" figurait commercialement et il me semble que c'etait "1000 Coupé" tout simplement , à vérifier  |

I think you´re right, as I remember it´s only "1000 Coupé". But it´s ok to have Bertone in the extra info field. |

From the contemporary sources I have, there´s no mention of the Bertonename at all in connection with the modelname. I found these brouchure covers on the net, it´s not there either. But it could of course be inside the brouchures. But the last one, for the US-market, does. ...mais comme je n'ai jamais de certitudes, j'ai cherché sur le net et j'ai trouvé des documents commerciaux avec la mention et d'autres sans... Et comme je n'ai pas de religion a défendre, laissons Bertone dans l'"extra info field". |

Pour être plus précis, la mention n'apparait pas dans "toutes" les docs, en tous cas, pas dans celles que tu as. Cf le post de Daf. |

It seems that cars for Europe didn´t carry the Bertone name, there might be exceptions of course, but the ones sold in the US did. The US cars even dropped the number 1000 and sold just as Simca Bertone Coupe from what I can find. |
