And here the next Simca 1000 Coupé (1962-1967) |

I think you´re right, as I remember it´s only "1000 Coupé". But it´s ok to have Bertone in the extra info field. |

From the contemporary sources I have, there´s no mention of the Bertonename at all in connection with the modelname. I found these brouchure covers on the net, it´s not there either. But it could of course be inside the brouchures. But the last one, for the US-market, does. It´s hard to see on this copy, but in the US they were called Simca Bertone Coupe 1963: http://mclellansautomotive.com/photos/B4909.jpg 1967: http://mclellansautomotive.com/photos/B24306.jpg US 1966: http://mclellansautomotive.com/photos/B24304.jpg |

Well done, Daf555! You've been faster. |

It seems that cars for Europe didn´t carry the Bertone name, there might be exceptions of course, but the ones sold in the US did. The US cars even dropped the number 1000 and sold just as Simca Bertone Coupe from what I can find. |
