Model origin: Austria-Hungary

Czechoslovakia wasn't a country in 1905.

But, which one? This or Kingdom of Bohemia?

Perhaps could this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laurin_%26_Klement answer your question?

Kingdom of Bohemia was part of Austria-Hungary, so Austria-Hungary should be the origin of this car as it's the origin of the rest of pre-WWI Lauren & Klement listed.

Mmmh… Here is an image of 1905 Laurin & Klement (Typ) A on wikicommons: Link to "de.wikipedia.org"

We're far of the shape of the posted car.

The car is not a Laurent & Klement. It´s a 1904 Fafnir (Omnimobil) built in Aachen/Germany. The car was sold new to Bohemia and got a body, made by a Coachbuilder in Prague. The driver in the movie was the former owner. The car still exists and is back in Aachen since December 2015.
