This grille with round lights, but with chromed slats was used in the 1982 Dogan and without chromes (like here) in the later Sahins (perhaps around 1982+ too), but it is not enough to be completly sure it is the one.

EDIT: also such early Dogans used to have black B-pillars, which are here in body color.
