Updating this one - Luxury liner name was not used after 1940. This looks like a lwb model. |

They used it in ads: Dodge Luxury Liner De Luxe: http://www.oldcaradvertising.com/Dodge/1941%20Dodge/1941%20Dodge%20Ad-08.jpg There is also a Luxury Liner badge on red background in the grille.
