That's another false plate. German police cars use government plates, which have the area code followed by a number but no serial letters. And if this is supposed to be Munich the area code should be M. |

Badly faked, just like the E46. Bavarian patrol cars use different graphics and signal lights. And - as Gag said - no plates from Lübeck or Duisburg. |
